How LemoGuard works
Made with traditionally used ingredients, LemoGuard is a delicious drink for those cold winter chills. Blended with Garlic, Astragalus, Rhodiola, Ginseng and Honey, LemoGuard provides your immune system with nutritional support.

• Lemon Juice is a good source of Vitamin C.
• Manuka Honey, highly regarded for its antibacterial properties, is an excellent source of energy rich in glucose and fructose. Honey, especially in combination with lemon, soothes the throat.
• Garlic contains allicin, a natural antibacterial substance. Recent research shows garlic to be an excellent dietary supplement.
• Ginseng has a long history of use in China, where it was used for immune support and to restore good health.
• Astragalus has been used for centuries in China to provide support to the immune system.
• Rhodiola is an adaptogen - a herb which is reported to increase the body’s resistance to stress and fatigue. It was used for centuries by the people of Scandinavia and Russia to help cope with the cold climate.

Directions
Makes 1.5 litres. Store LemoGuard below 30oC. Shake well before use. Keep refrigerated after opening. Dilute 1 part LemoGuard with 2 parts water. Use 30ml or as required.
