How Nature's Goodness Australia Propolis works
Propolis is a very complex, non-toxic, substance produced by Honey Bees. It contains minerals, vitamins, organic acids and important flavonoids.

Directions
Adults: Take 2 to 3 capsules daily in divided doses or as directed by physician.
Children 12 years of age and over: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by physician.
Store in a dry place, below 30oC.

Cautions
