How Relax Juice works:
Relax is a delicious juice blend infused with herbs which traditionally have been used to help relax and relieve stress.

Passiflora (Passion Flower) - The history of the Passion Flower can be traced back to Native American and early American colonists with insomnia or anxiety who consumed a tea-like infusion of the leaves and roots.

Lemon Balm (Melissa) - The leaves of Lemon Balm have been traditionally used in herbal
teas to help with anxiety, stress and tension, and to assist sleep.

Valerian - Valerian has a long history of usage as a calming herb, helping with anxiety,
restlessness and insomnia.

Directions:
Store Relax Juice below 30ºC. Shake well before use. Keep refrigerated after opening. Best consumed within 30 days of opening. Consume 30-50mL before sleep.
