How Red Grape Antioxidant Resveratrol capsules work
The skin of the red grape is a particularly good source of antioxidants, called polyphenols. One of the major polyphenols found in red grape skin is Resveratrol. This polyphenol is a potent antioxidant. Each capsule contains 500mg grape skin extract standardised to contain 100mg Resveratrol, equivalent to 150 glasses of red wine*.
